As we start a new year we wanted to send a reminder about ordering repeat medications or food for your pet.
Please pre-order prescription medication (this includes most flea and worming treatments) and food, 1-2 working days is sufficient notice. This enables us to get the products ready (and checked in the case of medications), or ordered if needed. This reduces congestion in the waiting room at busy times, and means you don’t have a wasted journey if the product needs ordering or your pet needs to come in for a medication check.
To pre-order medications you can use a variety of methods:
- Via a form on our website.
- Via WhatsApp (see the icon on the bottom right of the website screen).
- By phone – 01803 606059 (Torquay) or 01803 843836 (Paignton).
- Via email – info@greenbayvets.co.uk.
If in stock, the vet can prescribe and dispense medication such as flea and worming treatment at the time of your appointment.
If you are a member of our Complete Care Club there is a convenient home delivery option available for your pet’s flea and worm treatment.
