If you are new to the practice and wish to register your pet(s), but are not ready to book an appointment yet, you can use our online registration form.
To book an operation or a home visit, or in the case of an emergency, please phone the surgery on 01803 606059 (Torquay) or 843836 (Paignton).
Please also telephone to book a pet in for an Animal Health Certificate (to travel), or to book in to our exotic pet clinics with Ian Sayers.
Existing clients can also use the portal to update their contact details and communication preferences.

Using the booking portal:
Click ‘New to the practice’ if you have never used Greenbay Vets before.
Click ‘Already visited the practice’ if you are already registered with us, but have not used the online booking system before. If the system cannot find you, it may be because the e-mail address or phone number we have on our records is not correct – please phone us on 01803 606059.
Click ‘login’ if you have used the online booking before.
